Milgro is among the top 15% of the industry according to the independent rating agency EcoVadis, specialized in assessing corporate sustainability performance. Our policies, actions and results in the areas of 'Environment', 'Labor and Human Rights', 'Ethics' and 'Sustainable Procurement' were assessed. Milgro's overall score increased from 60 to 63 points, resulting in the achievement of a silver medal.
EcoVadis' mission is to provide the world's most trusted sustainability assessments, enabling companies to reduce risk, improve performance and enhance environmental and social outcomes. The sustainability assessment platform is used globally for sustainable procurement.
We are very pleased with this result and see it as a guide to make further improvements to reduce environmental impact and increase positive impact for employees and society. However, we will not sit still and strive for gold. We will formalize and professionalize our sustainability and impact policy in 2023 as part of our proposition on Natural Capital Management.
