On Friday, July 14, the recordings of the television program 'Building the Future' will take place at our office. This interesting report will be broadcasted in September. A Better and Cleaner Future
'Building the Future' is an informative television program that focuses on various developments in the Netherlands, with a specific aim towards a better and cleaner future. The goal of the show is to inform you and raise awareness of different possibilities to make the future better and more beautiful. Additionally, 'Building the Future' as a program aims to convey the message that it is our shared responsibility to create a better future.
Theme Environment & Milgro
The program focuses on the following relevant themes: Construction, Living & Working, Environment, Mobility, Care, Technology, Energy, and Innovation. Our report is dedicated to the theme of 'Environment'. This theme aligns well with the resource transition in which Milgro plays a crucial role. We assist businesses in dealing with valuable resources as efficiently as possible. Milgro strives for a waste-free world by 2040. We are working towards a world in which we use resources over and over again, preferably indefinitely.
Waste labs
To achieve our objective, we regularly hold waste labs at our clients' locations. During the sessions, several of us conducted a waste lab where we sorted and analyzed our trash bags. Afterwards, we discussed how we could have prevented the waste. These waste labs stimulate the behavioral change needed for a successful resource transition. To make the world waste-free, we will need to create awareness and behavioral change on a larger scale.
