The ABN AMRO head office on Gustav Mahlerlaan in Amsterdam won the international Breeam Awards in London last week in the category 'sustainable existing offices'. The smart, future-proof building management was judged to be distinctive. For example, the building uses local wind energy and biogas to meet the energy demand. In addition, water-efficient installations and improved lift systems are used.

Together with the bank, very appealing results were achieved in this past year for various office buildings (including Gustav Mahlerlaan).
