During the annual event of nlgroeit in Sugar City Amsterdam, in the presence of Queen Máxima, Milgro was named one of the Top 250 Growth Companies in the Netherlands, making it one of the fastest growing companies in the Netherlands.
Nlgroeit connects entrepreneurs with a growth ambition with top entrepreneurs. During the annual event there was a lot of room for interaction between growth entrepreneurs and top entrepreneurs and experts. State Secretary Mona Keijzer explained how growth entrepreneurs in the Netherlands are doing and Her Majesty Queen Máxima spoke during the award ceremony, among other things, about the importance of growth of small businesses for employment and innovation. The organizers, nlgroeit and the Erasmus Center for Entrepreneurship, announced the list of the 250 fastest growing Dutch companies at the meeting. To be included in the top 250, companies must, among other things, show a growth of at least 20% per year in turnover and / or employees over a three-year period.
