Therefore, founder Laurens Groen will fully focus on a broader approach to prevent waste in business processes and chains, transferring daily management to Gijs Derks.
Alongside Laurens Groen, Pieter Theeuwes van Oeveren is also leaving Milgro to support Laurens in his new initiatives. Laurens Groen stated, "When you see how well a team develops and embraces your ambition, it creates the confidence to let go. Moreover, after thirty years of being a voice in the wilderness, the wilderness has now become a place that calls for change itself. And in that world, I can contribute significantly to giving Natural Capital Management a more prominent place in Dutch business."
